We couldn’t be more satisfied than we are with Cobwebs’ service! Our regular cleaner is thorough, efficient and friendly, and has become an important part of our organisation. She has established the perfect balance of regularly consulting with me and using her initiative, to make sure I know what’s happening, but don’t have to spend time managing her work. We also find Suzanne and Rui very proactive and easy to deal with when we have a query.

We first became Cobwebs customers in 2001, but after 9/11, the leisure industry experienced a decline, and we had to make some tough choices, following two seasons running at a loss. We tried to manage with a rota of volunteer members cleaning the building, which wasn’t easy, and after a short break, I was delighted to reappoint them as our contract cleaners. We immediately had comments from members and customers alike, remarking on the cleanliness of our venue, and the same high standard has been maintained.
